This league has a long history at the park. It has taught baseball to several generations and in recent years started offering softball for girls. As the league continues to do it's best to grow within our community it has accomplished several improvements for the organization and hopes to continue to improve and grow.
Registration fees have remained the same from the 2020 (unplayed) season. These fees are the same for boys baseball and girls softball.
Instructional $130 (6-8 years)
Minor $145 (9-10 years)
Major $165 (11-12 years)
Pony $170 (13-14 years)
There is a fundraising obligation for each family (not per player) of $100. This is in the form of twenty $5.00 raffle tickets per family. A cash prize is awarded from the raffle.
Fundraising is very important to the day to day operations of the League. While the season is not the entire year, the league operates all year. This includes web fees, insurance, replacement of equipment, and supplies. Basically, your registration runs the season. Your fundraising runs and grows the league.
We ask that each family participate in the fundraising and pass our information along to any individuals, organizations, or businesses who would like to support us.
The economic hardships have affected our families, community, and our sponsors. Many of our sponsors are local, small businesses who have suffered setbacks.
As of now, the season is tentatively scheduled to start April 24th. While seasons in the past have ended late June, we may continue into mid July to ensure a full schedule.
Game scheduling is done once teams are set and rostered. Games are scheduled Monday through Saturday. Games are normally not scheduled on Sunday.
Games will not be scheduled Memorial Day weekend or Independence Day weekend (in the event of July games).
